The refund of the amount will be made in accordance with the cancellation conditions that are shown at the time of making the reservation. Said advance will also be returned for reasons of Force Majeure and for the death of a family member in the 1st degree.

In this policy, the term "situation" is used to refer to circumstances that arise after the reservation, which could not have been foreseen, and which prevent or legally prohibit completion of the reservation.
Changes in Government requirements regarding travel. Unexpected changes in the requirements to apply for a visa or passport that are imposed by a government authority and that prevent travel to the destination. The loss or expiration of the documents necessary to travel or other personal circumstances related to the authorization of a traveler to move are not contemplated.
Declared emergencies and epidemics. National or local emergencies, epidemics, pandemics and public health emergencies officially declared by the Government.
Government restrictions on travel. Travel restrictions imposed by a government authority that prevent or prohibit travel to, stay in, or travel from the area of the accommodation. Non-binding travel advisories and other similar advice that may be given by the Government are not included.
Military actions and other conflicts. Acts of war, conflicts, invasions, civil wars, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, public disorder and civil unrest.
Natural disasters. Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale interruptions of basic public supplies, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and other extreme and abnormal weather events. Meteorological phenomena or natural conditions that are common in an area and that, therefore, can be foreseen, such as a snowfall at Easter, are not included.

Situations that are not covered:
All the others. This policy only allows reservations to be canceled due to the situations described above. Everything else is excluded. Some examples of situations that this policy does not cover are: unexpected illness, disease or injury; government obligations such as being summoned for jury duty, court appearances, or military duties; travel advisories or other government advice (not restricting or prohibiting travel); cancellation or rescheduling of an event for which the reservation was made; and transportation disruptions that are not related to a covered event, such as road closures and cancellations of flights, trains, and buses. If you cancel a reservation in these cases, the amount of the refund will depend on the applicable cancellation policy in each case.

The minimum stay to book a bungalow is 2 nights in low season (on long weekends can be 3 nights) and 5 nights in high season.

The bungalows have sheets for all beds, but you must bring towels, since only one set of towels is delivered per bungalow.

The minimum stay to reserve a pitch is 5 nights in high season. It is only possible to make reservations for a special pitch.

The price of the pitch includes: Vehicle (one) + camping element (one) + electric connection (6amp)

The differences between pitch and the special pitch are basically 2:

1. The special pitch is larger than the standard pitch.
2. The special pitches are located by the river (you can see on the plan).

The limit of for stay in each pitchs will be 4 adults + 4 children.

Due to the large number of pitches available in our facilities, the possibility of reserving pitches in low season is not enabled.

Check-in for pitches are between 12:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., check-in for bungalows is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Check-out for camping is before 12:00 and for bungalows before 11:00.

High season is considered Easter (only bungalows) and the months of July and August.

It is not possible to choose a specific bungalow or plot at the time of booking. You will be assigned a location from the selected category and the information will not be provided to the customer about the assigned location until your arrival at Camping Urrobi

Yes, the information on this website is always up to date.

Yes, in the Camping there is WiFi, but you have to bear in mind that the connection is in a rural area, so you will have to share the network bandwidth with the rest of the users. Therefore, free use is limited.

No, the swimming pool is only open in July and August.

No, the pool is not heated, it is cold water.

It is not possible to know the weather for distant dates, but clicking here you will be able to consult the data of a PWS installed 1km from the campsite with the historical data since 2015.
